    GSA Telework Registration and Billing TOLBS
    All teleworkers must 1) confirm availability at the Center; and 2) submit an annual Telework Facility
    Reimbursement Sheet (TFRS).   GSA has developed an on-line billing system, effective October
    1st, FY 2007.  The TFRS Form for registering to participate in the Telework Program is quick and
    easy for the teleworker and the agency in the Telework On-Line Billing System (TOLBS).
